At Genuit Group, we help create a better, more sustainable built environment
Together, we create sustainable living
Genuit has sustainability at its core. For us, sustainability is not an after-thought, or something that comes after everything else has been taken into account
Our people are our greatest asset. Without their passion, dedication and talent, our strategic goals would be unachievable
We see transparency and regular engagement with investors as a key responsibility of a listed business
Reported revenue increased by 3.4% to £307.8 million, supported by strategic acquisitions completed in 2025, while the Group maintained its full-year expectation
The Group delivered underlying operating profit of £43.9 million and continued to generate strong cash flow, with underlying operating cash conversion improving to 71.3%. An interim dividend of 4.2p per share has been maintained, reflecting confidence in the Group’s financial position and long-term strategy
During the first half, Genuit continued to invest in innovation and growth opportunities across key end markets, including stormwater management, ventilation, heating controls and lower-carbon solutions. The business is also progressing its simplification programme, which is expected to deliver more than £4 million of annualised cost savings from 2027
Joe Vorih, Chief Executive Officer of Genuit Group, said
“While market conditions remain challenging, our resilient first-half performance demonstrates the strength of our portfolio, the actions we have taken to manage costs and pricing, and the benefit of our strategic investments. We remain focused on delivering sustainable growth and are well positioned to support customers as regulatory and environmental drivers create increasing demand for solutions that address water management, energy efficiency and healthier buildings.”
Looking ahead, Genuit expects market conditions to remain subdued through the remainder of 2026. However, the Group continues to see significant long-term opportunities from structural growth drivers, including AMP8 water infrastructure investment, the Future Homes Standard and the UK’s transition to more sustainable and energy-efficient buildings.”
