Nu-Heat air-source heat pump (ASHP) extracts heat energy from the air, even when it is cold outside, and uses it to warm your home. A well-designed air-source heat pump system transfers around three times more energy into a property as heat than it uses to extract it. As a result, ASHPs are incredibly efficient way of heating homes.
The Swift Nesting Brick provides essential nesting sites for the declining swift population, offering a unique solution for integrating bird-friendly housing into new residential developments. Developed in conjunction with RSPB and Action for Swifts, this product can be seen in many of the housebuilders' housing developments across the country.
Polysync is a smart surface water attenuation system. Using real-time weather forecasting and paired with attenuation technologies, Polysync helps to mitigate extreme weather events caused by climate change. Using a cloud-based control system, Polysync forecasts weather events to optimise water volumes stored in attenuation tanks. The system will forecast weather activity and instruct the attenuation tanks to reduce or maximise their stored water, to accommodate rainfall or to maximise potable water storage to use in the event of drought.
ADEY Magna clean filter improves radiator output by 47% by removing sludge. Coupled with the ProCheck water testing kit, building owners are able to monitor for future sludge build-up and protect, before the damage happens. The result means a reduction in carbon emissions by 250kg co2 every year, a reduction in gas usage in homes by up to 7% each year and saves the homeowner money by extending the service life of their boiler and helping avoid unexpected boiler breakdowns.
Our Permavoid solution was installed underneath a two-lane running track on the roof of White Collar Factory in London. This allowed the running track to be permeable, preventing flooding and allowing for use all year round. This is just one way the use of Permavoid can help enhance the places we live and work where space is a constraint.
The NUAIRE MRXBOX Hybrid Cooling System helps mitigate overheating in Summer months, by combining heat exchanger coolth recovery and DX cooling into one packaged system. This added cooling significantly lowers the temperature of fresh air supplied into the dwelling, helping maintain comfortable internal temperature levels even in city-centre apartments on the hottest days of Summer.
