Health, Safety and Environment

The Group aims to continuously improve the quality and safety of the working environment of all employees and has a published health, safety and environment policy that sets out the overriding principles of health and safety for all employees.

Learning and Development

As part of our sustainability commitments, we have joined The 5% Club. This commits us to having 5% of our workforce actively involved in recognised learning and work schemes such as degree apprenticeships, graduate trainee programmes and student sponsorships.
