At Genuit Group, we see creating sustainable living as an opportunity to design places that are ready for the future, with healthier spaces for people and better outcomes for the environment.

At Cascade Towers, Sky Garden helped bring this approach to life. The development includes 48 one-bedroom apartments and two commercial units, with green infrastructure designed around the needs of the site.

The solution brings together a bio-solar roof, bespoke green wall, podium landscape, SuDS planters and a landscaped courtyard. Each element plays a part in making better use of the available space, supporting biodiversity, managing water more sustainably and contributing to renewable energy generation.

By bringing these features together in one coordinated design, Sky Garden helped create a greener, more resilient environment for the people who live, work and spend time there. The approach supports both climate mitigation and adaptation, combining renewable energy generation with sustainable water management, biodiversity and green infrastructure that helps the site respond better to future challenges.

Projects like Cascade Towers show how businesses across Genuit Group are helping to shape healthier, more sustainable places. By working together and applying innovative thinking, we can support communities today while creating better outcomes for the future.
