Genuit Group acquires Davidson Holdings

We’re excited to announce the acquisition of Davidson Holdings, a group of well-known brands in the plumbing, heating and water efficiency sectors.

With three manufacturing sites in Sunderland, Reading and Gillingham, the businesses design and produce shower and boosting pumps (Salamander)LINK https://www.salamanderpumps.co.uk/, water saving sanitary solutions (Cistermiser) LINK https://www.cistermiser.co.uk/, cold water tank control valves (Keraflo) LINK https://www.keraflo.co.uk/ and pipe clips and fixings (Talon)LINK https://talon.co.uk/.

The brands have strong market positions, primarily in the UK Repair, Maintenance and Improvement sectors of residential and commercial segments, complementing our existing plumbing and heating portfolio at Genuit Group.

Davidson Holding’s portfolio includes products and solutions to reduce water usage, consistent with Genuit’s Sustainable Solutions for Growth strategy. Water conservation to address scarcity of supply is expected to be an increasing focus for developers, Local Authorities and water utility companies because of climate change.

This acquisition represents a fantastic opportunity to accelerate our growth and deliver an even greater impact in the markets we serve.
