This week as part of our celebrations for International Women’s Day (IWD), we’ve been shining a spotlight on the women who have impacted our lives.

This years theme for IWD is Accelerate Action because at the current rate of progress, it’s estimated that it will take until 2158, which is roughly five generations from now, to reach full gender parity.

By focusing on Accelerating Action we can drive, at pace, decisive steps to achieve gender equality, calling for increased momentum and urgency in addressing the barriers and biases that women face, personally and professionally.

International Women’s Day serves as an opportunity to reminds us how far we’ve come, but also how much more work we have to do. Its also serves as a moment to reaffirm our commitment at Genuit Group, to creating the most inclusive, diverse and talented workforce we can.
