genuit-group-football-tournament-1
On Friday 4th July 2025, teams from across the Genuit Group came together for a day of fun, teamwork, and community spirit at our first-ever charity football tournament, held at 5-A-Side in Nottingham.

With 13 teams taking part and fixtures running between 10–20 minutes, the competition was fierce, but the cause was even greater. The event was organised in support of CRASH Charity, a fantastic organisation that helps homelessness charities and hospices by delivering life-changing construction projects across the UK.

Thanks to the energy, enthusiasm, and generosity of everyone involved, we are proud to announce that £3,500 was raised to support CRASH’s vital work.

Tournament Highlights:

  • CUP WINNERS: Polypipe Civils & Green Urbanisation
  • CUP RUNNERS-UP: Mason and Pinder
  • PLATE WINNERS: Adey
  • PLATE RUNNERS-UP: Manthorpe Building Products

The Cup Final was a thrilling match, with Polypipe Civils & Green Urbanisation, led by captain Stephen Hinchliffe, securing a 1–0 win over Mason and Pinder in a well-fought strategic game.

The event brought together colleagues from across the Group, showcasing not only their football skills but also their shared commitment to supporting communities in need.

This event perfectly reflects Genuit’s values, showcasing how employees from all parts of the business come together to make a positive impact for a larger community through teamwork and sustainability as the heart of everything we do.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, organised, and cheered us on. Together, we’re making a difference.
